Mindfulness Evening Course 23 May - 13 June

Learn how to Thrive, Not Just Survive using Mindfulness and other practical tools and techniques. Facilitated by a Senior Clinical Psychologist, this 4 week course will teach you how to thrive, manage stress, and boost your sense of well-being.

The course is on Tuesday evenings, 23 May - 13 June, 7 - 9pm at The Parlour, Herne Hill.
