Saturday 21st October 3pm-6pm Pregnancy workshop - personalised training plan and diet guide plus all of the info you need to have a safe, strong healthy pregnancy. Discussion and activities to find out how it can all work for you and your baby.
PHYSIOTHERAPIST LED PILATES FOR BEGINNERS
Wednesdays 8pm - 9pm from 1 November 2017 - 6 December 2017 (6 weeks)
Private 1:1 Initial assessment to be arranged individually prior to the course starting.
