New or returning to Pilates?
Come along to a small group beginnerís Pilates class & promote your wellbeing with exercises that will help improve your breathing, strength, flexibility, balance & core stability, enabling you to move well & move more!
I am a Body Control Pilates qualified & experienced instructor & I aim to enable my class participants to develop their own understanding of the pilates exercises & their individual requirements, so they can incorporate the benefits into other daily activities.
The introductory 6 week course starts on Monday 14 January 2019 - 11.15-12.15pm - Dulwich Village.
15 places available.
All equipment is provided.
Classes will then continue on a weekly basis with options to attend on a block booking or drop-in basis.
