Hi, I’m Tom, a local Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner and Wellness Coach.
During these intense times, I am offering a Completely Free, one-hour, EFT “Tapping” Therapy Session.

I have been studying and practicing EFT for around fifteen years, and I trained with one of only a handful of EFT Masters and the founder of Matrix Reimprinting, Karl Dawson.
I’ve been working as a professional coach within health and wellness since 2001. My experience and training allows me to combine techniques from multiple disciplines, into an intelligent, gentle and intuitive approach, tailored to suit my clients’ individual needs.
Although I help clients with a broad spectrum of emotional and physical challenges, I specialise in helping clients release emotional stress, heal unresolved emotional issues and traumas and transform dis-empowering beliefs. I also help my clients understand and heal the possible emotional and energetic causes of their chronic illness.
EFT (also known as “Tapping”) is an emotional version of acupuncture, except, instead of using needles, we gently tap with our fingertips on certain meridian points of the body.
Tapping discharges negative physical and emotional tension, and in turn, helps us to move forward in life with a more positive outlook.
Anyone can learn eft and effectively use it for self-application on a daily basis. Eft often gets results in just a few sessions, where conventional therapies would’ve perhaps taken years.
