LOOKING FOR RENT: Hello! After 5+ years living in Brockley, my landlords are selling and hence I am now looking for a new home to rent - either a studio/1 bed (sole occupancy) or a 2 bed flat (to share with flatmate). I am conscientious and reliable tenant and can provide excellent references. Ideal move-in date is September onward, but flexible.
