Cut Fat
Avoid the obvious such as fried foods, burgers and other fatty meats (i.e. pork, bacon, ham, salami, ribs and sausage). Dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream should be eaten in low fat versions. Nuts and sandwich meats, mayonnaise, margarine, butter and sauces should be eaten in limited amounts. Most are available in lower fat versions such as substitute butter, fat free cheeses and mayonnaise. Thought for the day: Lean, mean, fat-burning machine…. Then be one!

I doubt this, my diet of sausages, bacon, pork chops and lard has nothing to do with my portly condition.
I'm big-boned and have a dicky metabolism. Unless you're calling my mum a liar.

Regards

Your porky-prime-cuts correspondent.

Madam, I was deeply honoured that you even took notice of my humble and unworthy self sufficient to grant me a sobriquet.
Offence? Perish the thought, I am deeply flattered by your fragrant attentions.

Your prostrating himself before you correspondent.
